سلام ببخشید خانم دکتر من در ۲۸ هفته و ۵ روز سونوگرافی انجام دادم که از لحاظ جفت آکرتا بررسی بشم حالا نمیدونم داپلر رنگی بود یا نه بعد در جواب سونوگرافی نوشته بود که:ضخامت جفت بطورمتوسط35میلیمتراست.ضخامت میومترپشت جفت بطورمتوسط5میلیمتراست .تغییرات كیستیك درجفت دیده نمیشود .علائم واضح تهاجم جفت به دیواره رحم دیده نشد،جفت فرعی دیده نشد .نظریه :علائم واضح آكرتادیده نشد،هماتوم اطراف جفت دیده نشد .درصورت وجودسابقه خونریزی بررسی جفت ورحم باMRIپیشنهاد میشود قبلا هم دوبار سقط داشتم و بچه اول که در ۸ هفته قلبش وایستاد سقط شد در ۱۱ هفتا متوجه شدم در ۸ هفته موند و بچه دوم هماتوم داشتم که اون مشکل ژنتیکی داشت و قانونی سقط شد در ۱۸ هفته و چند روز و بچه ای ندارم و سابقه سزارین ندارم،الان که باردار هستم ۳۷ هفته هستم میخوام اختیاری سزارین کنم میخواستم بدونم اگر برای بار اول سزارین بشم ممکنه جفت آکرتا به وجود بیاد؟ اگه بخوام بعد چند سال مجدد برای بارداری اقدام کنم چند درصد احتمال داره با مشکل جفت آکرتا و چسبندگی رحم مواجه بشم؟ آیا روشی برای پیشگیری وجود دارد؟ بهترین فاصله بارداری برای بچه بعدی چند سال بعد اولین سزارین مناسب است؟تا مشکلی پیش نیاد. ممنون.
