سلام دکتر خسته نباشید.... دوقلو  مونوکوریون و مونو آمینون  باردارم.الان ۲۱ هفته هستم .. در سونوگرافی ۱۲ و ۱۸هفتگی طول سرویکس ۳۱ بود از روی شکم ... اما در سونوگرافی ۲۱ هفتگی طول سرویکس ۳۰ از روی شکم و مثانمم قبلش کامل خالی کردم ... با استراحت کامل میتونم تا حداقل ۳۵ هته برسم؟ سرکلاژ نکردم خواستم بدونم اندازه سرویکس با سونو شکمی و واژینال فرق داره ؟ یا با مثانه خالی یا پر؟ کدوم حالت معمولا دقیق تره؟ سوال دیگرم اینکه در سونوگرافی ۲۱ هفتگی حجم مایع آمنیوتیک بیش از حد طبیعی و cm۲۳ هست باید چیکار کنم ؟  در سونوگرافی ۱۸ هفتگی مثانه هردو جنین حاوی ادرار بود ...طبیعیه یا خیر؟

سلام.من اقدام بارداری هستم.دکترم قرص ضدبارداری داد تا برای یک دوره کامل ازش استفاده کردم و وقتی قطع شد پریود شدم و یک هفته بعد پاک شدنم لک صورتی و یکم قهوه ای دیدم.بیبی چک منفی شد.بعد ازاون یک هفته قطع شد والان سه روزه باز میبینم.هیچ دردی ندارم و دقت کردم ربطی به رابطه نداره لک بینیم.یکم گرفتگی عظلات شکمم دارم‌ایا لانه گزینیه؟

با سلام  من سیکل های ۳۰روزه دارم آخرین بار یکم بهمن پریود شدم و چون تصمیم به بارداری داشتم از کیت تخمک گذاری استفاده کردم و در روزهای ۱۸ و ۱۹بهمن کیت تخمک گذاری مثبت شد و روز ۲۰و۲۲ بهمن اقدام داشتم در روز چهارم اسفند بی بی چک مثبت شد و روز ۶م  اسفند آزمایش بتا دادم که عدد بتا ۴۳۶ بود ، آیا این عدد بتا طبیعی هست ؟ و من چند هفته باردار هستم ؟ ممکنه بارداری خارج از رحم باشه ؟ 

من دوبار سقل تو ۷ هفتگی داشتم به محض تشکیل قلب سقط میشد  آزمایش آپکا دادم عددی ۱۰ هستش این یعنی چی نرمال یا مشکل داره 

سلام من جمعه ی هفته ی پیش سقط داشتم که امروز میشه ۸ روز .رفتم سونو گفتن ۳۳ میل بقایا وجود داره من تقریبا خونریزیم قطع شده و دیگه درد ندارم و فقط لکه بینی دارم ایا لازمه قرص مصرف کنم یا کوتارتاژ شه ؟یا با پریودی بعدی دفع میشه؟ممنونم

سلام خانم دکتر عزیز بنده درهفته۲۲بارداری با سرکلاژ شکمی هستم در طول روز(صبح ها) یک بار دفع دارم به خاطر استراحت مطلق و داروهای مصرفی اما تا آخر شب احساس نیاز برای دفع دارم که متاسفانه انجام نمیشه  از شیاف پروژسترون به صورت مقعدی هرشب استفاده میکنم و واژینال نمیتونم استفاده کنم  میخواستم بدونم باوجود عدم دفع شبانه و وجود موادزائد در روده ایا شیاف در روده جذب میشود؟یا موادزائد مانع تاثیر شیاف میشود؟ ممنون از پاسخگوییتون
