سلام خانم دکتر ,۶ خرداد اول روز پریودیم بود من هفته پیش دو بار برای بارداری نزدیکی کردم,البته قبل اون رابطه مقعدی داشتم,اطراف مقعدم تاول چرکی زد و خیلی درد وسوزش داشتم  و دفع برام سخت و دردناک بود هنوزم همونطوری است,یکی دو روز بعد سوزش ادرار برام ایجاد شد و یه روز بعدش بانشستن نتواستم ادرار تخلیه کنم باید وایسم واب گرم به پاها و شکم و الت تناسلیم بزنم تاادرارم کم کم بیاد و با فشار کم میاد پاهام درد میکنه موقع دستشویی رفتن و نشستن تقریبا بیشتر اوقات اطراف وازنم درد میکنه,کشاله رانم هردو طرف درد میکرد کمی سرفه تب و بعضی اوقات لرز داشتم یه دکتر زنان رفتم سفالکسین ۵۰۰هر۶ساعت برام نوشت و پیش مجاری ادرار رفتم سفکسیم ۲۰۰هر۱۲ ساعت تجویز کردن,دو روزه هردوتا رو استفاده میکنم ,کمکم کنین ایا اگه این ماه لقاح انجام گرفته باشد مصرف این داروها همزمان چه طوره ?اسیبی به جنین داره یا خیر? شما چه دارویی برای رفع مشکلم مناسب میدونین?یه ربع بیست دقیقه هربار برای تخلیه ادرا تو دستشویی میمونم
