با سلام خدمت جناب دکتور من تقریبا ۲۸ سالمه و هنوز ازدواج نکردم ولی تخمدان چپ من کیست داره به ابعاد ۷ در ۷ و تقریبا سه دوره دارو و تابلیت ضد بارداری استفاده کردم ولی در یک سنوگرافی خورد میشه بعد در سنوگرافی بعدی پس بزرگ میشه. دکتور دیروز رفتم میگه باید جراحی بشه و کیستو برداریم . نمیدونم چه کنم چون مجرد هستم میترسم به مشکل بی اولادی مواجه نشم. نظرتون خیلی برام با ارزش و حیاتی هست. ممنون میشم یه جواب برام بدین

- سلام خانم دکتر وقت بخیر خانمی هستم ۳۶ساله ومتاسفانه دچار ناباروری ثانویه ۱۱ساله اقدام کردم اوایل اقدام عکس رنگی رحم گرفتم که چیز خاصی نگفتن پیگیر بودم همیشه پریودی پردرد داشتم که وقتی به دکتر میگفتم میگفتن عادیه چند ماه پیش به اسرار خودم دوباره عکس رنگی گرفتم که مشخص شد لوله ها هیدرو سالپنکس هستن وشدت سمت چپ بیشتره که باز هم دکتر تشخیص نداد دلیلش چیه و گفت تنها راه برداشتن لوله ها وای وی اف هست وقتی گفتم هزینه اش رو ندارم گفتن پس بیخیال بچه شو به پیشنهاد خواهرم دیروز عکس رو بردم پیش دکتر دیگه ای که ایشون هم همین رو گفتن فقط گفتن دلیل مشکل اندرومتیوز هست و اگه لوله ها برداشته نشه ممکنه زمینه بیماری های دیگه ای فراهم بشه من از ناراحتی فراموش کردم بپرسم چه بیماری ای ولی باسرچ متوجه شدم در صورت درمان نشدن ممکنه تبدیل به سرطان تخمدان ،رحم ویا سینه بشه میخواستم بپرسم اندرومتیوز گذشته از ناباروری چه مشکل دیگه ای ایجاد میکنه ممنون میشم پاسخ بدین

سلام وقت بخیر. من pcoهستم.۳۶ سالم هست .برای بارداری دوم اقدام کردم. داروهای لتروزول آمپول سینال اف وhcg وhmg را یک دوره استفاده کردم فایده نداشت.اصلاح سبک زندگی داشتم به مدت ۲ ماه نتیجه نگرفتم.به نظر شما بهتره دوباره دارو درمانی و شروع کنم یا اصلاح سبک و ادامه بدم.
آیا در صورتیکه بخواهم دارو درمانی کنم باز هم پزشک همان داروهای قبلی (لتروزول و آمپول )را تجویز میکند یا داروی دیگری تجویز میکند؟
