با سلام و احترام خانم دکتر من 6 ماه است که برای بارداری اقدام کرده ام.پريودهاي منظم و بدون درد دارم. آزمایش اسپرم همسرم و آزمایش هورمون و تیروئید خودم نرمال است. نتیجه سونوگرافی واژینال اندومتریومای 28 م م با چسبندگی خفیف تخمدان راست به رحم, درگیری یوتروساکرال لیگمان راست به همراه ندول 6 م م در مسیر آن و ضخیم شدگی سروز خلف سرویکس با چسبندگی خفیف کلدوساک است. اين ماه قرص کلوميفن و آمپول hcg تزريق کردم و با وجود 3 فوليکول خوب باردار نشدم.میخواستم بدونم برای بارداری مشکلی به وجود می آید و دارویی در این زمینه برای بارداری مفید است و آيا نيازي به عمل هست؟

سلام و وقت بخیر. من تخمدان پلی کیستیک دارم و بارداری اولم به صورت طبیعی باردارنشدم و فقط قرص لتروزول مصرف کردم.پسرم ۵سالشه. بعد از ۴سال دوباره اقدام کردم. با لتروزول اما باردارنشدم تا یکسال. ماه پیش دکتر بهم قرص لتروزول از شب سوم شبی دوتاو امپول سینال اف روز ۷،۸،۹پریودی داد.و سونو روز ۱۳پریودی که فولی خوب داشتم و امپول ازادسازی زدم ولی باردار نشدم. این ماه هم داروهامو تکرار کرد دکتر ولی روز ۶پریودی پریودم قطع شد. روز ۷ام امپول اول رو زدم روز ۸ام امپول دووم ولی بعدش لک بینی دارم.امروز هم نوبت امپول سوم هست. دلیل چی میتونه باشه؟؟ کمردردهم دارم
