both ovaries have enlarged size and uncreased stromal echogenicity contains multiple small 2-9 mm peripherals follicles suggesting poly cystic avary morpgology .correlation with clincal finding and lab data is recommended for rule out of pcod.
there is simple cyst without septation and internal echo measuring 54*39 mm in left ovary.
Adnexal regions are unremarkable in right side.
