نتیجه پاتولوژی بعد از برداشتن پولیپ هست قصد بارداری دارم ایا با این شرایطم امکانش هست؟ من میتونم باردار بشم ؟ وضعیتی خطرناکه؟
Macroscopy: Received specimen in formalin in two bottles as below:
A) Endometrial curettage & Uterine cavity polypectomy: Consists of multiple brown fragments of soft
tissue M: 2.5x2x0.7 cm in aggregates. SOS:M/1 E=T
B) Endocervical curettage: Consists of multiple creamy brown fragments of soft tissue M: 1.2x0.6x0.3 cm in
aggregates. SOS:M/1 E=T
Microscopy:
A) The histologic sections show polypoid endometrial structure composed of cystically dilated endometrial
glands lined by mitotically active pseudostratified epithelium embedded in spindle cell stroma along with
thick-walled blood vessels which show at least focally increased ratio of glandular to stromal portion as well
as foci of serrated dilated glands lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium with extensive
subnuclear vacuolization. Other parts show serrated dilated glands lined by single layer of bland columnar
epithelium with extensive subnuclear vacuolization and focal tubal metaplasia embedded in edematous
stroma. Also fragments of endocervical tissue lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium along with
acute and chronic inflammatory infiltrates are seen. There is no evidence of malignancy in this specimen.
B) The histologic sections show endocervical tissue lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium along
with acute and chronic inflammatory infiltrates are seen. There is no evidence of malignancy in this
specimen.
DX: A) Endometrial curettage & Uterine cavity polypectomy:
- Early secretory endometrium.
- Fragments of Endometrial polyp superimposed by focal simple endometrial
hyperplasia without nuclear atypia.
- Chronic endocervicitis.
