سلام خانم دکتر ببخشید خانم دکتر من از قبل بارداری فولیک اسید ۵ میخوردم بعد مثبت شدن بیبی چکم که رفتم دکتر زنان گفت دیگه فولیک اسید ۱ بخور و بعد از آن و از ۱۵ هفته برام کپسول ففول نوشت و کپسول پریناتال+دی اچ ای نوشت، که در کپسول ففول علاوه بر فروس سولفات و آهن المنتال، ۵۰۰ میکروگرم فولیک اسید وجود داره و در مولتی ویتامین که دکتر نوشته، روی جعبه دارو نوشته ۸۰۰ میکروگرم فولیک اسید در دو کپسول وجوددارد که من روزانه ی دونه میخورم  میخواستم بدونم مصرف روزانه این مقدار فولیک اسید،  برای جنین مضر نیست؟ برای خودم چی؟ ضرر داره؟
