سلام روز خوش، من پریودی منظم دارم و ۵ دوره دکتر بهم قرص لتروزول و بعد امپول اچ سی جی داد برای اینکه باردار بشم ولی نشدم، عکس رنگی هم گرفتم همسرم هم آزمایش داده و مشکلی نداشته، این ماه دکتر بهم قرص مدروکسی پروژسترون داده تا از ۱۶ پریودی شبی دو عدد به مدت ده روز بخورم بعد سونو واژینال البته که دیدن روز ده پریودی فولیکول م سمت راست ده و یازده بوداین ماه اولین بار بود فولیکول کوچک داشتم، لطفا راهنمایی کنید چراباردار نمیشم و اینکه این قرص چرا دادن مشکلی برام پیش نمیاد. هر دوره هم سونو واژینال دادم وکیست نداشتم

با سلام خدمت خانم دکتر عزیز دکتر برای انجام میکرو دارو های محرک تخمدانی به بنده دادند که آخرین آمپولش ستروتاید بود،ولی با انجام سونو در روز ۸پریود تنها یک فولیکول مشاهده کردن که گفتن به درد نمیخوره و انجام میکرو کنسل شد، بنده بعد از پاک شدن دو باره دچار خونریزی و لکه بینی تا ۴روز شدم و بعد از گذاشتن کیت تخمک گذاری مشاهده کردم که کیت در روز ۲۳قاعدگی تا۳۶قاعدگی مثبت شده و کلا بعد از خونریزی هام به صورت یک روز در میان نزدیکی داشتم ولی در روز ۳۰قاعدگی لکه بینی هام شروع شد بنا رو بر پریود گذاشتم ، در این دوران تا روز۷کاملا باز نشدن و فقط در حد خیلی خیلی جزیی و لکه خونریزی داشتم ، دچار تردید شدم و ازمایش بتا دادم که ۲بود و منفی واز فردای اون روز تا روز ۱۰باز شدم،بعد اون تا یکی دو روز لکه بینی داشتم و بعد پاک شدم و بعد نزدیکی داشتم و همچنین بخاطر مساله ای دچار تنش و اضطراب ناگهانی شدم و دوباره دچار خونریزی در حد لکه بینی شدم،در روز ۱۳پریود اینبار به دکتر مراجعه کردم و سونو انجام دادن و۲ فولیکول به اندازه ۱۴در سمت راست و یک عدد فولیکول به اندازه۱۳.۵در سمت چپ مشاهده کردن، و در برگه سونو نوشته که اکوژن به اندازه ۸دیده میشه، برای بندهازمایش اورژانسی بارداری نوشتن و این در حالی هست که خونیزی هم دارم ، جواب ازمایش تیتر بتا۲۰.۳۹بود و دکتر گفت مثبته و باید دو روز دیگه ازمایش تکرار بشه و بخاط اینکه نمیدون بارداری داخل رحمی هستیا خارج رحی نمیتونه دارو تجویز کنه، با تکرار ازمایش بتا پایین اومد و شد ۱۳.۵ و دوبار ازمایش بتا نوت و گفت ۴روز دیگه تکرار کنم و باید صفر بشه حالا با این توضیحاتی که دادم، میخواستم بدونم قضیه چیه ، مگه ممکنه فرد باردار باشه و تخمک گذاریهم داشته باشه؟ توده اکوژن چیه که در رحمم مشاهده کرده؟درمانش چیه باعث ناباروری میشه؟ ایا من میتونم الان که در روز های پاکیم هستم اقدام به بارداری کنم یا باید بمونم تیتر بتا صفر بشه و اصلا در این سیکل با وجود سه فولیکول و اکوژن نزدیکی موثر در بارداری هست یا خیر؟

سلام خانم دکتر خسته نباشید : من ۱ سال بعد از اقدام برای بارداری عکس رنگی انجام دادم که جوابش به این صورت بود ممنون میشم منو راهنمایی کنین ، در رادیوگرافی ساده در استخوانها و نسج نرم ناحیه True pelvis ضایعه ای دیده نمیشود . پس از تزریق ماده حاجب از راه سرویکس رحم حاجب شده و قدری متمایل به راست قرار گرفته است. اندازه کاویته رحم در حد طبیعی است ، ضایعه فضاگیر در کاویته رحم و کانال سرویکال دیده نمیشود . لوله های فالوپ در دو طرف با تاخیر حاجب شده ، اتساع mild در انتهای دیستال آنها دیده میشود و spillage آنها با تاخیر صورت گرفته و در حد mild است.

سلام خانم دکتر، من چند روز پیش در مورد آزمایشات ایمنی و انعقادی در رشت ازتون سوال پرسیدم. خیلی ممنون از جوابتون. همون طور که گفتم من ۳۸ سالمه و ۵ ساله که ناباروری دارم. متاسفانه ایران نیستم و میخواستم بپرسم امکانش هست که مادرم بیان مطب پیشتون برای نوشتن ازمایش های ایمنی و انعقادی و هر چیزی که خودتون لازم میدونید؟ میتونم جواب آزمایش ها و شرح حالم رو به ای میل شخصیتون بفرستم؟ من یک ماه دیگه ایران هستم و دوباره برای ویزیت پیشتون میام اگه بتونم نوبت بگیرم ولی برام مهمه که آزمایش ها رو انجام بدم چون یک هفته بیشتر ایران نیستم. ممنون میشم از کمکتون.
