من زیرشکمم درد زیاد دارم سونوگرافی داخلی انجام بدم یا لگن؟

سلام خسته نباشید معصومه محمودی هستم  مشکی در ناحیه واژن داشتم رفتم پیش متخصص زنان و زایمان  برام سونوگرافی  شکم و لگن نوشتن در سونوگرافی هم چی خوب بود ولی در پایین سونوگرافی  نوشت بود. مایع ازاد خفیف لگنی حاوی ذرات اکوژن داخلی مشهود است یعنی چی میشه بگین .

سلام ، یک سونوگرافی انجام دادم با متن زیر : هر دو لوپ و ایسم دارای اندازه بیشتر از نرمال و اکوژنیسیته پارانشیمال غیر یکنواخت است . در بخش میانی لوب راست یک ندول اکوژن به قطر 4mm و در بخش میانی خارجی آن یک ندول هیپواکو با ابعاد 5-6.5mm دیده شد.(TIRADS=4) . در بخش تحتانی لوب چپ یک ندول solid-cystic با ابعاد تقریبی 26-21mm مشاهده گردید(TIRADS=2). این به چه معناست ؟ سرطانه ؟!!
