سلام خانم دکتر عزیز،من 33 سالمه و 7 ماهه اقدامم،به تجویز شما این ماه از روز 3 تا 7 پریود قرص کلومیفن مصرف کردم و روز 12 دو تخمک به سایز های 17.5 و 15.5 داشتم که صبح روز 14 آمپول HCG تزریق کردم ،روز های 14 15 16 18 و 20 نزدیکی داشتیم ،آزمایش اسپرم شوهرمم مشکلی نداشته،پریودم 27 روزه اس و منظمه ،امروز روز 28 سیکل هستم یک هفته اس علائم پریودی دارم اما میان و میرن،دیروز ک 27 سیکلم و موعدم بود،بی بی چک منفی بود،آیا ممکنه آمپول و قرص پریود و به تاخیر بندازن؟ یا ممکنه باردار باشم اما بی بی چک خطا داشته باشه؟تا چندم سیکل صبر کنم و دوباره بی بی چک بزنم؟یاآزمایش بارداری بدم؟

بعد از تزریق ماده کنتراست در کاویته اندومتر وتهیه کلیشه های مناسب تمام حفره اندومتر از ماده کنتراست پر شد رحم شکل و نمای اناتومیک طبیعی دارد filing defect.جابجایی یا اثر فشاریاز خارج دیده نشد سرویکس spindle shape و ایسم سیلندریک میباشد هر دو لوله با دیامتر طبیعی روئت شدند. ولی spillage کنتراست از هیچکدام از لوله ها رویت نمیشود در کلیشه های پس از تخلیه باقی مانده کنتراست در لوله ها و کاویته رحم دیده نشد.. سلام دکتر عزیز میشه مشکل من رو بگید چیه. ایا لوله های من بسته است..۴۲ سالمه و فرزند ندارم..سه ساله اقدام کرده ام و نشده.
