سلام وقتتون بخیر . من اقدام به بارداری داشتم و از ۱۷ چرخه به مدت ده روز قرص دوفامد رو خوردم فقط شب آخر تایمی که قرص باید میخوردم یه ذره جابه جا شد . از تقریبا دو روز بعدش لکه بینی پیدا کردم که ۲ روز به موعد پریودیمم بود . حالا میخواستم بپرسم آیا واقعا پریودی هست یا تا زمانی که خونریزی واقعی نداشته باشم احتمال بارداری وجود داره ؟؟؟ آخه دکترم گفتن اگه پریود شدم روز اول یا دوم برم پیششون الان نمیدونم چیکار کنم میشه راهنماییم کنید ممنون میشم .

سلام خانم دکتر وقت بخیر.عذرمیخواهم من یک سقط در 9هفته داشتم به دلیل ایست قلبی جنین.پس از آن آزمایشات انعقادی را انجام دادم و مشخص شد که در پنج فاکتور انعقادی دچار جهش هستم.از پزشک که سوال کردم فرمودند که باید در دوران بارداری انوکساپارین و یا هپارین مصرف کنم.اما در دوران اقدام نباید از آسپرین استفاده کنم.الان در این دوماه اخیر که اقدام به بارداری داشته ام دقیقا یک هفته بعد از اقدام دچار گرفتگی در تخمدان چپ و یا راست میشم که درد آن به کشاله ران و پاها میرسد.و بعد حدودا سه روز پریودی ام عقب می افتد و بعد با لکه بینی آغاز میشود و در سونوگرافی که به هنگام عقب افتادن پریود میدهم جسم زرد در تخمدان باابعاد17تا 20میلیمتری دیده میشود. اکنون با این اوصاف آیا نیاز هست که از آسپرین در دوران اقدام هم استفاده کنم؟
