سلام خانم دکتر لطفا کمک کینید چندی پیش احسا درد و توده ای باندازه گردو در سینه ام میکردم رفتم سونو جوابش اینه کسی که سونو انجام میداد خیلی نارخت شد لطفا برام تفسیرکنیذ
Both breast&both axillary sonography:
Both breast show normal glandutar & parenchymal echo patern
At11 o clock position of lt breast a hypoechoic well defined lobulated mas(29*12.6mm)(50mm) from lt nipple is seen may be due to benign breast dx but due to its size & its border f/u& further such as FNA is helpful.
Afew cysts about(4mm) in LT breast are seen.
4-5 cysts about(3-6mm)in RT breast 2 hypoeehoie mass(15.2*9mm&11.5*7mm)are seen may be due to benign breast dx.
No obvious other S.O.L or pathology in both breast are seen .
Both axillary area are normal no S.O.L is seen.
F/U is recommended.
