- سونوگرافی آنومالی دیررس جنین
سلام برای بررسی دقیق و کامل مغز جنین از لحاظ ناهنجاریهای مغزی و کلا برای بررسی های جنین و بررسی دقیق اعضای بدن جنین از لحاظ آنومالی های دیررس سونوگرافی دو بعدی کافی است؟ یا نیاز به سونوگرافی سه بعدی و چهار بعدی است؟ با توجه به اینکه سابقه ناهنجاری در جنین قبلی داشتم و بعد جواب آمنیوسنتز قانونی سقط کردم، ولی در جنینی که فعلا باردار هستم در این بارداری نتیجه سونوگرافی NTوNB نرمال بود و آزمایشهای غربالگری اول و دوم نرمال بودند و اکوی قلب نرمال بوده و آمنیوسنتز هم نرمال بوده وآنومالی مرحله اول که در ۱۸ هفته و ۵ روز انجام گرفته هم نرمال بوده با توجه به اینکه سونوگرافی آنومالی اسکن سه بعدی چهار بعدی درخواست شد ولی بیشتر تصاویر سونوگرافی به صورت دو بعدی بود و فقط چهره جنین به صورت رنگی مشخص شد که زیاد واضح نبود.الان ۲۸ هفته و چند روز هستم طبق توضیحاتی که عرض کردم،برای بررسی آنومالی های، دیررس سونوگرافی دو بعدی برم کافیه یا نیاز به سونوگرافی سه بعدی و چهار بعدی است؟ خواهش میکنم سوالمو پاسخ بدین با تشکر

باسلام خانم دکترمن پریودیم همیشه به موقع ۲۸ روز بود ایندفه پریود که شدم روز ۸ بعد از پاک شدن پریود ، شب نزدیکی محافظت نشده داشتم روز بعد ساعت ۱۲ ظهر دو تا قرص ال دی خوردم امروز یکماه از پریودم میگزره پریود نشدم یعنی ۳۰ دی میبایست بشم نشدم امروز یکم اسفنده بازم نشدم آزمایش بارداری تست دادم منفی بوده رحمم تیر میکشه سمت چپ راست دوباره آزاد میشه ترحات زیاد دارم کمی زرد رنک لطفا جواب بدین چکار کنم؟
