سلام خدمت خانوم دکتر مهربون خسته نباشید من آزمایش غربالگری و سونو واژینال از نظر طول سرویکس رو براتون میفرستم لطفا راهنماییم کنید  در بررسی اولتراسونوگرافیک تصویر یک جنین زنده با پرزانتاسیون متغیر در ساک حاملگی داخل رحمی مشاهده گردید سن تقریبی حاملگی بر اساس CRL (57mm و BPD) 15mm) و FL حدود ۱+۱۲ هفته از LMP بوده و EDC تقریبی بر این  اساس ۹۴/۸/۳±۱ W میباشد ضربانات قلب ۱۷۵ ضربان در دقیقه و حرکات جنین نرمال هستند NT جنین در حد نرمال و حدود.۱-۰،۹ میلی متر بود و ضخامت IT نیز در حد طبیعی و حدود ۱،۵ میلی متر میباشد در حد قابل بررسی با توجه به سن بارداری استخوان نازال جنین با دیامتر ۲،۲ میلیمتر و نمای نرمال دیده شدند نمای استخوان بندی صورت جنین طبیعی است و در داخل جمجمه نمای Brain برای این سن بارداری نرمال بود اندام های فوقانی و تحتانی نیز طبیعی میباشند معده جنین بطور طبیعی و حاوی مایع مختصر دیده شد و در حد قابل بررسی در این سن بارداری آنومالی بارزی در جنین دیده نشد جفت قدامی قرار گرفته و ضخامت و اکوژنیسیته طبیعی دارد میزان مایع آمنیوتیک در حد طبیعی است در بررسی سونوگرافی ترانس واژینال طول کانال اندوسرویکال حدود ۳۳ میلیمتر بوده و Internal Os بسته می باشد و شواهد سونوگرافیک به نفع Funneling در این ناحیه مشاهده نگردید  خانوم دکتر عزیز با توجه به سقط بیست و یک هفته ای که داشتم آیا با این اندازه سرویکس باید سرکلاژ شوم آیا با روند بارداری طول سرویکس کوتاهتر میشه  لطفا راهنماییم کنید مرسی
