سلام خسته نباشید دوقلو باردارم ۲۹ هفته هستم هر یکی دوساعت شکمم سفت میشه میگیره ..مخصوصا وقتی بخوام تکون بخورم یا بلند شم جا ب جا شم ... امروز تست ان اس تی دادم نرمال بود. و موقعه راه رفتن یکم بالای واژنم درد میکنه ..خواستم بدونم طبیعیه ؟ انقباض چطور باشه خطر ناکه و باید ان استی داد؟ البته دیروز و پریروز بخاطر یبوست شکمم کار نکرد هر ساعت چند بار شکمم سفت میشد و ول میکرد . اما امروز که شکمم کار کرد بهتر شدم
