من یه سال پیش سقط کردم. اولش با قرص که ساک حاملگیم سقط نشد بعد هم با ساکشن. که ظاهرا جفت حدود یک ماهی داخل رحمم مونده بود و عفونت خیلی زیادی داشتم. شش تا سرم زدم همراه با سفتریاکسون و سرم مترونیدازول. وسط ساکشنم بخاطر درد زیاد تشخیص دادن که زخم دهانه رحم دارم. تست hpv دادم و سالم بود. تا حدود دو ماه درد داشتم ولی دکترم میگفت سالمی و زخمت خودش داره بهبود پیدا میکنه. هر بار سونوگرافی هم کاملا سالم بود. تو این مدت چند باری احساس کردم کمرم و دنبالچم تیر میکشه ولی اهمیت ندادم چون کارمندم و گفتم شاید بخاطر زیاد نشستنه. تا اینکه یک ماه پیش درد شدیدی تو رحم احساس کردم تا جایی که اصلا نمیتونستم خم شم. رفتم دکتر گفت زخمت کاملا درست شده و الان زخمی وجود نداره. ولی عفونت شدید گرفتی. پاپ اسمیر دادم نشون داد علایم قارچ دارم ولی سونو یه فولیکول ۱۵ میلیمتری نشون داد و مایع ازاد مشهود بود. دکتر سونوگرافی گفت تخمدانت پاره شده که اینقدر درد داری. دکتر گفت باید dbd تراپی انجام بدی و سه تا امپول جنتامایسین داد و سری بعدش پریود شدم و نتونستم برم برای تراپی. بهم سه تا سرم داد و انتی بیوتیک تزریقی داخلش. همچنان به شدت درد دارم و دردم میزنه به سمت دنبالچه. تپش قلب میگیرم شب ها و غدد لنفاوی زیر بغلم و زیر گلوم اندکی متورم شدن و درد دارن و تیر میکشن. وزن کم کردم و شبا تب میکنم. به نظرتون چیکار کنم؟
