پولیپ رحم

با سلام و احترام با توجه به اینکه تا نوبت ویزیت پزشکم دو هفته دیگه فاصله هستش میخواستم اگر امکانش هست نظرتون رو راجع به جواب آزمایش زیر که جواب نمونه برداری هیستروسکوپی بنده هست رو بیان بفرمایید. پیشاپیش از شما ممنون و متشکرم. Endometrial curettage: given clinical information: Infertility Macroscopic description: Specimen received in formalin solution; consist of blood clot and multiple small irregular tissue fragments totally measuring 3x1.5x0.4 cm brown color and fine consistency. SOS:100%. Microscopic details: Sections of all submitted tissue show fragments of secretory endometrium with tubular glands lined by cylindric epithelium by subnuclear vacuolization in cellular edematous stroma. Also fragment of endometrial by subnuclear vacuolization in cellular edematous stroma. Also fragment of endometrial polyp by thick walled vessels in seen. Fragment of nondysplastic cervical mucosae without HPV-related cytopathic effect is seen. Diagnosis: Endomentrial polyp Background progestronic (secretory 16-18th cycle day) endometrium Suggestive of ovulatory cycle Endometrial hyperplasia not seen Fragment of cervical mucosa without dysplasia/without HPV-related cytopathic effect

من ۳۷ ساله هستم ۴ ماه پیش سقط داشتم چند هفته عد با tvsمشخص شد یه پولیپ اندومتریا ۱۲ میل دارم که قبل از بارداری نبود میتون اقدام به بارداری کنم یا حتما باید پولیپ دراورده بشه بعد اقدام کنم  ممنونم

یه ماه ونیم عمل برداشتن رحم وتخمدان انجام دادم یه ماه اول خونابه

ضخامت اندومتر ۲میلیمتره به ابعاد۶ و۴نیاز به جراحی دارد

سلام خسته نباشین لطفاعکس رنگی تفسیرکنین ممنون میشم دکتر،پس ازتزریق ماده حاجب ازراه سرویکس رحم حاجب شده ومتمایل به چپ قرارگرفته کاویته رحم نرمال،لوله های رحم دردوطرف باتاخیرحاجب شده،اتساع میلددربخش آمپولرآنهادیده میشودوspillageآنهاباتاخیرصورت گرفته ودرحدجزئی است،میخواستم بدونم بااین موضوع میشه باردارشدیابایدلاپاراسکوپی بشم

چند روز بعد جراحی هستروسکوپی بعد لکه بینی دچار خونریزی بصورت خونریزی پریود شدم روز پنجم ایا خطرناک

باسلام ،من قبل از عمل پولیپ رحم و زخم دهانه رحمم، سونو واژینال دادم که ضخامت آندومتر(بدون احتساب پولیپ)4mm بود ، میوم هم دارم که دکتر گفت نیاز به برداشتن نیست، بعدها عمل جواب پاتولوژیم اومده هایپرپلازی پیچیده بدون آتیپی، این خطرناکه؟ این یعنی پیش سرطانی؟

سونو رحم ولوله های فالوپ ابعاد رحم۱۱۱*۳۶م.م. ضخامت آندومتر م.م. میومتر:هتروژن اندازه تخمدانها نورمال مایع آزاد دیده نشد. ببخشید من سه شنبه هفته گذشته عمل داشتم .پولیپ رحم را برداشتم.الان سونوی من چطوریه؟میشه توضیح بدید.

سلام وقت بخیر 45 روز قبل در شیراز هیستروسکوپی پولیپ (۱۴ میلیمتری در بخش بالایی رحم) انجام دادم، چهار روز بعدش طبق سیکلم پریود شدم و بعد از اون هم سر موعد مقرر پریود شدم (یعنی دو بار سر موعدم پریود شدم) روز 12 سیکلم رفتم سونوگرافی انجام دادم که اونجا بهم گفتن یه پولیپ 10 میلی دقیقا در همان بخش بالایی رحم دارم میخواستم بپرسم آیا امکان داره در این مدت 45 روزه دوباره پولیپ جدید رشد کنه؟یا اینکه عمل کامل انجام نشده؟  نتیجه پاتولوژی هم تایید کرد که پولیپ خوش خیم بوده

: RIF Received in two bottles. A/ Labeled as endometrial. Consist of multiple gray soft fragments of tissue in diameter of 1 cc in aggregate. B/ Labeled as endometrial. Consist of multiple gray soft fragments of tissue in diameter of 4x1.5x1 cm in aggregate. Microscopic: A/ Sections show a tumor composed of villeglandular structures lined by malignant epithelial cells. The cells show low of polarity and have cytologic atypia and large round nuclei with high N/C ratio, hyperchromatic. B/ Fragments of endometrial tissue with irregular glands surrounded in stroma with abundant extra cellular connective tissue and thick wall artieis. Diagnosis: A/ Endometrial curettage: - Compatible with endometrial carcinoma, with villoglandular structures. B/ Designated as endometrial polyp: - Endometrial polyp confirmed.

سلام عرض ادب و احترام ممنون میشم راهنمایی بفرمایید نتیجه پاتولوژی بعد از برداشتن پولیپ هست قصد بارداری دارم ایا با این شرایطم امکانش هست؟ من میتونم باردار بشم ؟ وضعیتی خطرناکه؟  Macroscopy: Received specimen in formalin in two bottles as below: A) Endometrial curettage & Uterine cavity polypectomy: Consists of multiple brown fragments of soft tissue M: 2.5x2x0.7 cm in aggregates. SOS:M/1 E=T B) Endocervical curettage: Consists of multiple creamy brown fragments of soft tissue M: 1.2x0.6x0.3 cm in aggregates. SOS:M/1 E=T Microscopy: A) The histologic sections show polypoid endometrial structure composed of cystically dilated endometrial glands lined by mitotically active pseudostratified epithelium embedded in spindle cell stroma along with thick-walled blood vessels which show at least focally increased ratio of glandular to stromal portion as well as foci of serrated dilated glands lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium with extensive subnuclear vacuolization. Other parts show serrated dilated glands lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium with extensive subnuclear vacuolization and focal tubal metaplasia embedded in edematous stroma. Also fragments of endocervical tissue lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium along with acute and chronic inflammatory infiltrates are seen. There is no evidence of malignancy in this specimen. B) The histologic sections show endocervical tissue lined by single layer of bland columnar epithelium along with acute and chronic inflammatory infiltrates are seen. There is no evidence of malignancy in this specimen. DX: A) Endometrial curettage & Uterine cavity polypectomy: - Early secretory endometrium. - Fragments of Endometrial polyp superimposed by focal simple endometrial hyperplasia without nuclear atypia. - Chronic endocervicitis.

سلام من حدود ۲۲ اسفند برام برداشتن پولیپ و کورتاژ تشخیصی باهم انجام شده چون مدت زیادی  لک بینی بین دوقعدگی داشتم بعد برداشتن ۷ روز خونریزی داشتم بعدش تا ۵ اردیبهشت پاک بودم بعد پریود شدم از دیروز که میشه دوز ۱۳ لک بینی دارم باز جواب پاتولوژیست پولیپ خوش خیمه آیا طبیعی هست بازم لکه بینی؟

سلام . در سونو واژینال من نوشته ندول هایپر اکو به اندتزهmm ۱۰×۴ در کاویته رحم دیده میشود که میتواند مطرح کننده پولیپ باشد درمانش دارو میتونه باشه ؟

با سلام و خسته نباشید من چهارشنبه ۱۳ اسفند ۹۹ عمل هیستروسکوپی انجام دادم تو سونوگرافی واژینال یه پولیپ ۲ سانتی مشاهده شده بود اما بعد عمل گفتن تعدادش خیلی بیشتر بوده استرس خیلی زیادی دارم برا جواب پاتولوژی هنوز آماده نشده آیا تعداد زیاد می تونه دلیلی بر بدخیمی باشه؟
